Pardee Service Experts

My experience with Pardee has been fantastic. The service technician Chris has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They just installed a Bosch 2.0 at my best friends house and this system is unbelievably quiet. Chris has been a great help from the beginning. I’ve been in the industry for years and this Advantage Program is top notch. The best service plan in Charleston!

Damien, Johnny, Tony and Reshawn were so awesome! They came to my mother’s house to install her new duct. And they were fast but yet precise! We were even serenaded by their singing underneath the house while they were completing the job. Love them! You have wonderful gentlemen working for this company. Even though there was work to be it was a joy having your crew here.

Devin Bradley did my annual inspection on my system installed by Pardee under the Advantage Program. Date was 3/13/25. Devin did an excellent job. He was on-time and courteous. He listened and asked questions. His post inspection review included pictures of parts of my system and parts status. I was so impressed with his work that I would like to request that Devin does my annual maintenance. A+++. Gary Melville

Ray and Danny were amazing. It was a really cold day here in Charleston, SC but they got my heat going and they were full of smiles and it was awesome. If you don't have the advantage plan, talk to your technician about getting the advantage plan because it's awesome. Call Danny!!!

Doug and Aaron were each here today—Doug for the routine maintenance on the HVAC and Aaron for a plumbing issue. Both guys were friendly, courteous, and professional. They both did excellent work, explained their findings, and took care of any problems. I always know when I call Pardee that I will have qualified technicians coming to solve and fix the issues promptly. Happy customer, Helen I.

Kimmon and his teammate did a fantastic job fixing my HVAC, and when Kimmon had to return for a follow-up, his kindness and professionalism stood out even more. I can’t say enough about how friendly and customer-focused he was. As someone who works with Pardee in the restoration industry, I see firsthand how well they treat their customers—but experiencing their service at my own home reinforced just how strong of a company they are. Customer service is a vital part of any business, and Pardee excels at it. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them!

Cole G and Danny came for maintenance inspection today; both were wonderful and professional. They were knowledgeable about equipment and provided helpful tips on how to keep HVAC system working its best and how to fix specific problems if they were to occur. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future for annual inspection.

Called Pardee after my regular plumber was unavailable. They sent a plumber out within the hour! Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. His plumbing skills matched his good customer service skills. Very reasonable prices just made the experience even better!
